Non-GMO and naturally made, organically grown coconuts are cold pressed and completely shredded for the highest quality certified organic oil.
Coconut Oil can be used in a solid or liquid state, and will last two years on average if kept in a cool, dry location.

50g dates
100g toasted oats
50g cashew nuts
Blitz all of the ingredients in a mixer until smooth and then shape into balls.
