Oregon Spirit Vodka is made from a base of winter white wheat from eastern Oregon (hat tip to the write-up at Visit Bend). They describe it as “smooth” and “effortlessly” blending into cocktails. They take advantage of Central Oregon’s dry climate, which produces some of the best soft winter white wheat available to create vodka at it’s finest. Clean, crisp and smooth.
