The goal was to craft a delicious vodka without the astringent medicinal taste we’ve come to associate with mainstream vodka. Nothing added extra to the process of this triple distilled vodka. Drift relies on the grain itself and the fact that it is grown over a limestone bedrock to give it a light and crisp finish.
