Our Tampons have been shaped for comfort and are designed to gently expand to provide protection, helping you to go about your day with ease.

Regular – 6-9g absorbency light to medium flow
Super – 9-12g absorbency medium to heavy flow
Super Plus – 12-15g absorbency heavy flow
Directions for use
Always change your tampon every 4-8 hours or more often if needed (please read leaflet inside pack.) You should always use the lowest absorbency tampon to meet your needs during your period. Always remove the last tampon at the end of your period. Applicator can be disposed of with normal household waste. The tampon should be wrapped securely and disposed of with normal household waste.
