The green olives are carefully handpicked early in October and following our Cyprus tradition, they are crushed so that all juices are released from the olive. The product comes with a bag of coriander herb on the side. Add to the olives the coriander, lemon juice, lemon slices and 1-2 cloves of chopped garlic. This will leave you with a bitter-sweet, mouth-watering experience to enjoy.
