Description
With our first Champagne Brut Rosé release, we celebrate the shared mutual style and quality ambitions between Thiénot chef de cave Nicholas Uriel and Penfolds Chief Winemaker Peter Gago.
The palate is balanced, with an overt freshness and a delicate dosage imprint on finish. With a bright/vivid pale-salmon hue, the Champagne Brut Rosé is ready to drink in its youth and perfect to enjoy now.
Engulfs and asserts … so gracefully, so alluringly, so convincingly.
Ever so subtle flavours of mocha and toffee, Reglis root (liquorice?) – powerful yet elegant; rich yet fine. Very pinot noir!
Lively acidity respects mouthfeel, conveying varietal fruit offerings and palate length. Never distracts.
Rich. Dosage in perfect balance. Complete.
